Laurence Henin holds a law degree from the Catholic University of Louvain and has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2007. She joined the Lebutte & Partners Association that same year.

Her practice focuses mainly on family law, whether it be disputes between parents (marriage/legal or de facto cohabitation, divorce/separation, filiation) or issues relating to children (parental authority, accommodation arrangements, maintenance contributions). She also has extensive expertise in family property law, covering maintenance obligations, matrimonial property regimes, gifts, and inheritance.

Committed to supporting her clients in sometimes complex human situations, she favors an approach that is both rigorous and humane, combining legal expertise with a keen sense of listening.

Laurence Henin also provides representation and assistance in the context of judicial protection measures (judicial mandates as administrator of persons and/or property).
