About Association Lebutte & Partners
Lebutte & Partners was founded in 2001 and is based in Brussels, close to the Palace of Justice and the TGV-Eurostar terminal.
It currently has five partners.
The structure and size of the firm enable our clients (companies, individuals, and government agencies) to benefit from personalized, direct contact with the lawyer handling their case.
The firm practices most areas of law thanks to the diverse skills of its partners and associates.
It has established privileged relationships with external law firms in Belgium and abroad, enabling it to handle cases in both national and international law.
Our primary objective is to address our clients’ concerns by working with them to find the solution that best suits their interests.
Any problem raised will be subject to an initial analysis aimed, depending on the case, at preventing any conflict or finding the most appropriate way to resolve it.
We will explore all avenues of settlement (negotiation, conciliation, mediation, expert opinion, etc.) before undertaking legal or arbitration proceedings.
Our work is also based on strict compliance with our ethical rules and, in particular, the recommendations of the French Bar Association of Brussels regarding the practice of fees and expenses, for which you will be given full information when the case is opened.
The association’s working languages are French, Dutch, and English.
